What beer are you drinking on Thanksgiving 2016?

    This year, I'm spending Thanksgiving with my wife's family in Chandler, AZ, then I'll be seeing my folks on the following Saturday. For the Arizona hang, I'll be bringing 2 bottles of The Bruery's Autumn Maple. For Saturday, I'm thinking a couple bottles of The Lost Abbey's Ten Commandments.

    Normally I'd have a Mayflower Thanksgiving Ale. I'll be up in VT this year. Not sure what I'll bring up, or what I'll pick up on Black Friday.

    Home brewed Pliny the Elder clone
    Home brewed barrel aged stout and variants
    Some family made mead. (i am most excited about this)

    Probably will be pulling from the cellar from Wednesday through Sunday also.
    We have a big party pretty much.
    I am thinking we will crack some of the new BCBS Friday along with some of the older ones for comparison.

    I'm doing an old world ale circuit this year. Specifically, I'll be giving thanks for HOTD Adam, Old Stock, Hibernation...maybe a couple others. Anyone wanna throw out a suggestion?

    Cranberry goes real well with Thanksgiving turkey!

    I have a few gatherings throughout the week. I will casually enjoy a mix of Tree House & Trillium pints. Some special beers I'm looking forward to savoring are Michigan Maple Jesus, BA Ten Fidy & Tree House Native Three.
