I have only one of them, from 2008. It's not worth taking a pic of my 'collection.'

Jesskidden, that's awesome! I am long time lover of beer but just recently got into collecting beer crown caps and am wanting to add a setup to my man cave to cellar beer. Any tips as to what or what not to do when it comes to cellaring?

Whenever you crack one of those bad boys open, unless you collect yourself, if you could think of me before tossing the cap in the trash, it would be super appreciated!

don't do it. 98% of all beer is better fresh than w age. Over time you will see that you accumulate more than you consume and your cellar will quickly become more of a pain than an asset. Additionally your taste buds will change and what you enjoy about beer will change so anything you cellar at the start will be junk to you down the road, not to mention that good breweries are getting bigger and more distro everyday so what's avail on the shelf is more than you can even ask for.
