very busy working on a new sugar bush so after an Equinox IPA and the new OPA ,errr, oat pale ale I crashed. Really loved the OPA first time using oats with a IPA recipe.

I still have a case of this disaster, brewed in early March. I think it improved a bit - I have been enjoying this for the past few nights. At 8.4%, maybe a bit too much enjoyment. :astonished:

Stout brewed at the end of October. A bit of a kitchen sink brew with pils and munich base malts. The only dark grain is roasted barley. The yeast is reused yeast from a Bell's culture. 5.4 ABV and 32 IBUs from Williamette. It's a very nice easy drinker, reminds me a bit of Sierra Nevada stout.

Drinking galaxy-focused pale with touches of citra and mosaic.

Also pulled a hydrometer sample on my small batch Barke Pils Huell Melon pilsner. Down to 1.010, from 1.049. The Barke is a good malt. It is difficult for me to say whether I like it better than Weyermann's other pils malts without a side-by-side opportunity, but I can say that they are all good malts. Huell Melon seems like a fairly subtle hop to me, although I think I do get some fruitiness from it. Of course, I've bee drinking galaxy citra mosaic fruitbombs so maybe I'm biased?

A sour blonde, fermented with a local company's product (Bootleg Biology Solera blend) plus some dregs. Racked onto some raspberries for a few weeks. Happy with this one.

I think I'll be cracking open a few of these this month!
This beer is from one of my Solera projects and recently just won 1st place in the Sour Ale category at the Annual New England Regional Homebrew Competition.

Enjoying my favorite IPA so far after a great mtb ride. NE IPA at 7.5% with a 7 ozs of mosaic and 5 ozs of citra, some wheat, some oats and a higher chloride to sulfate ratio with some London 3 ale yeast. Came so clean and "juicy". My friend was convinced I added some type of fruit.

Simple IPA 2. Not sure if i made OJ or beer. The camera flash really brings out the haze.

Not the greatest pic, but I had to share anyway. My first altbier in years, and it is absolutely fantastic. Makes me wonder why I waited so long, but when you brew 10 gallon batches it's impossible to keep up with what you want to brew. I would not change one thing with this beer.

Pilsner, Munich Dark, Caramunich, and Pale Chocolate malts in descending order of grist %. Half an ounce of Cluster hops at 60 with Spalt and Hallertau Mittelfruh at 20 for 30 IBUs. Not a traditional alt since I used lager yeast, W-34/70. I fermented a little warm at 62 and lagered 6 weeks. It's not obvious from the pic but it is crystal clear.

Last of a NEIPA ("Das Gravytas") and a Smoked Chile Porter...not drinking a lime Wit and other non-beer beverage

Drinking my most recent mosaic dry-hopped pale ale. Columbus, chinook and mosaic boil additions with 4 oz of Mosaic for the dry hop. Used a bit of white wheat in the grain bill which added a very hazy character. Beer has really come together beautifully. I'll have a picture up soon.

Enjoying my Christmas ale while watching some football. Spiced brown ale that tastes identical to gingerbread! Love this stuff.

Drinking my Pumpkin Ale that was made from second runnings of a barley wine. Hoping to empty this keg soon because I need the keg!
