Noble Ale Works - Q4 2016

I finally made my way to Noble tonight and got to try Nelson. Haziness aside, that's some juicy fruit goodness in that beer. And I'm glad to see that they added an additional restroom in the tasting room, albeit for women.

 

Drinking a can of Nelson, She Wrote and it's tasting better than ever. Alcohol burn has softened considerably and the hops are funky fruity. Cheers!

 

So the can release on Friday, do they sell out same day (or within X hours)? Am assuming it starts when they open at 4pm right?

 

CODEPENDENT IPA is draft only.

 

I don't believe they are canning tomorrow's new IPA. Probably growler fills though.

We need @Vito_at_Noble to get the hours changed at Noble. Forever it's been a 4pm opening on weekdays. Even Fridays! Noon or even 2pm would be nice. Maybe it's a city thing?

 

Its about being able to brew beer without having people in the brewhouse. we are only able to fully operate our brewhouse production from the hours of 7am-4pm. We wouldn't be able to operate the forklift and other heavy machinery while our patrons are in-house.
