I love the last minute Saturday release. The bros probably aren't awake yet from their shares last night.

 

Was able to ease on over and even get a parking spot in the lot. This is awesome.

 

Yeah. Spoke too soon. Just saw a line pic posted on FB. Not bad at all. About 20 people in line from about 30 minutes ago.

 

Line now to the driveway but hasn't wrapped around yet. Should be easy pickings for anyone wanting to come by for cans.

 

Line has wrapped back almost to the door.

 

Damn, where do these guys come out from so fast? It's like they are camped out so close waiting for that twitter post.

Damnit, my brother was driving by and was going to get a couple growlers for me about 25 minutes ago. He said there were "a thousand" people in line already and noped the fuck out. I am really beginning to hate beer culture

 

There are not a thousand. If you get in line now you will get cans

According to twitter they have 60 allotments after wristbands and there are only 10 people in line after wristbands. At least 50 allotments left

 

The plan was to do a drive by just to grab some growlers real quick. Even if the line moved reasonably I wouldn't want him standing around for 30-90 minutes

 

Well growler line is shorter than the can line so I don't think it be a 90 minute wait lol

 

Come back in 30 min. Timing should work out perfectly

 

Honestly, the growler line is pretty damn efficient, especially when folks are in line for the cans.

 

You can't trade those Mostra event pours for rar east coast IPAs.

 

They had some pre-filled growlers this time around so they're trying to get the fills done more efficiently as well.

 

their web blog was pretty accurate in stating they were going to have two releases this week. Not sure if any bros would stalk the page that closely but if they did that would be a reason why.

 

Thought I would let the madness subside before heading over for some Karate Kick fills today around 3:30, no such luck, probably 20-25 in line just for fills. One thing though is that these guys really move people in and out pretty quickly, total time to fill 2 growlers was about 30 minutes. When I left the line was about 45 deep.
