Last night I got to try BA Chaos and both variants (Maple/Coffee) alongside all 5 Side Notes. I was blown away by pretty much all of them. Especially the S'mores and Brewtella ones. I had Juicy earlier this year and was also super impressed. I hope the Ram is paying this dude like a million dollars a year.

I saw (via StB's re-post) someone post that tatsting on Instagram...was that the tasting you were at? Seemed pretty cool, and makes me look forward to Chaos Day even more.

At least to one of your points, I think this is why Ram is now trying to put a stop to the bottle shares before releases. It was fun while it lasted, but some just can't play nice. Kind of crazy too seeing that Ram had trash cans placed around the parking lot. The one near me did fill up just before the doors opened.

So nobody here is going to TG & Chaos Day?

I tried and did not succeed. 15 - 1 odds though

I have a buddy who is doing both. I told him let's sign up for the afternoon chaos session just in case one of us wins the lottery. He says no chance in hell we get a ticket for that. Of course he ends up winning and I don't lol

Hop Slush is damn good! Not quite as good as Juicy, but still a great representation of the NE style IPA. Juicy is still the best one I've had from this area. Going to sit on my other crowler of Hop Slush for a couple weeks to see how it changes. Had the pleasure of meeting Shaun on Friday. Good dude! I had an issue with my first crowler, and he was more than helpful in rectifying the situation. Said to watch his Instagram account over the next few weeks for info on the next IPA release. Hoping I can land that one as well!

In case anyone was curious, RAM is still filling growlers of Hop Slush as of 7:30pm tonight.

Just poured myself a couple of glasses of Hop Slush and it is fantastic!

Any idea when the next can release will be? I saw Shaun's Instagram post about them brewing it. No details on release though

Will be fascinating to see how the 12/30 release goes. It's a Friday morning but also during a time when many are off work

Looks like Morning Fog is being released at 10AM instead of usual opening time for Ram, at 11. Makes sense to reduce disruptions to regular customers, even though I'm sure it will still be packed.

I'll see some of you folks there.

I'm curious if they will fill growlers. Would really like that.

They usually do and it always seems to last on draft for 1-2 weeks after a release

They didn't for the most recent Juicy, which is the last time they canned an IPA.

Just a reminder, they only fill their RAM branded growlers, but at this point it seems worth it considering how good Juicy and Hop Slush are.

I am really looking forward to Morning Fog.

True. Picked one up when they had Hop Slush, so should be good to go.

Do the 4-packs generally stick around until later in the day or do you need to be there in line to get some?
