    Best thing about this cold weather is that when a box from @PatrickCT arrives on the porch, the contents are at the optimal temperature to be consumed!

    Having a first taste of this Wintervrund from Gulpener Brewery. Nice winter beer, strong (8,%) but not boozy. Nice tones of licorice and juniper.

    I was just having a discussion with another guy here in St Pete who posited that FB has been inconsistent since moving into bigger facility, and that bottles can be different than on tap. I remember big sugar/fudge when I had it. I'll try to find more to drink - in the name of science :wink: of course. Cheers!

    It isn't as cold here right now as in other parts of the country but, boy, is it windy. The gusts are supposed to be up to 50-60 mph this evening. I think I will crack a beer early and watch my neighbors' Christmas decorations take flight.
