If you want to charge first world prices, you better be able to handle "first world problems."

I don't think it's asking too much for labels to adhere well to a bottle that might be the most expensive per oz sour/Farmhouse/spontaneous released in the US.

Can someone name a beer other than BC Rare with a more expensive retail price than this?

I'm not complaining about the price. I'm sure Jester King will have no trouble selling out at this price. Just commenting that they may have set the new high water mark for retail prices, and that if you're charging that much, then yes, labels sticking to the bottle matter. I got home and several of my labels had fallen off the bottles. It's pretty easy just by looking to tell which bottle is cherry/raspberry, but Flor and Apricot/Peach look quite a bit alike. It'd be nice to know which one is which before opening the bottle.

ITs the same adhesive they've always used for fruited sours. De garde uses it too, as do a shit ton of champagne/wine makers. If it gets cold and wet it comes loose. Can't tell you how many times I've come close to dropping expensive bottles of champagne because of it.

Super easy out there right now. No line, lots of bottles it did look like a small enough number, though, to sell out today or tomorrow.

Flor could be up there with the best beers I've ever had, and it might never exist again.

One of the JK guys working the tent said he expected both fruit variants to make it to tomorrow. This is all speculation, but there was also zero line at the time.

Flor was the big surprise of the 3 variants. It blew away regular Spon

My goal was to get really nice looking labels, which I think are of a very high quality when it comes to aesthetics. I understand your concerns over functionality and durability. I'll consider this for 2017 SPON. -- Jeff

I made a mistake on the bottle count for SPON -- Flor. I posted 3,000 bottles. The correct count was ~1,700. This was 100% my mistake. Sorry. -- Jeff

Was that because you're holding more of it back, since it was a "mistake" (the beer itself not your bottle count) or because of less volume?

The labels did look amazing on all the bottles before the condensation issue.

This beer is amazing, all three are so different and so good. I was wondering, on some of the bottles, I noticed almost a staining on the interior when held up to light. This was not the case for any of my floral bottles, so I thought maybe it was from the fruit? Could anybody who knows more than me let me know what it is/what causes it? I was curious!

Flor is obscenely delicious. Glad I loaded up on the bottles. For those that trade, I moved one for VR+...but I'm going to hoard the several others I got because I think they're going to age wonderfully.

One of my flor bottles doesn't even have a front label. Oh well. It's the liquid inside that counts.

I was wondering about the sediment/stain on the inside as well. Should this be kept on the bottom when laying them down or does it not matter?
