Can I just go ahead and petition for Flor to be made again. I know it was an accident, but you'll just have to go the direct route and put MG into sherry casks. It's definitely the best of the Spons so far.

You moved one bottle of Flor for VR and a +? Nice.

Any update on how many bottles of November Spon are left? Going to be there on Friday regardless for my annual pilgrimage, but would like to show up early if there's any chance I can snag bottles of any Spon. Thanks!

Those are the famous "nuances". I'm surprised you had to even ask.

Just had Methode Geueze earlier today. It was divine.
very reminiscent of a Cantillon Geueze. Had that nice barnyard and brux smell. Super funky and delicious.
Thank you @jesterkingbeer for making this, can't wait for the next one.

Bro, again, gotta cite you here. This is BA, you cannot make these kinds of statements. It's way way too positive and shows that you enjoyed the beer.

We're not seeing anything about a line or a bottle count. Merry Christmas.

My Raspberry + Cherry bottles technically have labels, but, one is sideways and the other is on the bottom half of the bottle... That offer good for me too?

Both the Methode Geuze and the fruited + flor are some of the best sour beers I've had. Glad I made it down this past weekend, and for the Methode Geuze weekend. Fantastic beer.

Put bottles in the fridge until they are cold. Take them out and set them on the counter. Wait for them to warm up. When they start sweating the labels will loosen and you can reposition them.

Every one of the SPON beers I got to try this weekend at JK were amazing. Would move to Austin for JK alone...

Thanks. I'm really pleased to hear that. We put a lot of time into the SPON beers, and we are still surprised in many ways they turned out well given how they were made (not pitching yeast is still weird to us). So it's great to hear they were enjoyed. Cheers. -- Jeff
