Forever Simcoe exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the trek in the rain.

And, Im actually really digging Short Dark and Wired, I usually pass on there canned stouts. Put that in some of those Maple Barrels.

I'm just glad they made a single IPA. As much I love all their doubles, a single from them is much appreciated!

Any chance of ever doing a non-Saturday release?

I honesty don't think it will change at all. Until they're producing enough to sell cans regularly throughout the week (do they even want to do this?), Saturday's will still generate big lines every weekend.

This DDH Forever Simcoe is delightful. Really dialed-in, sharp and layered dank citrus profile with the perfect amount of bite. Magical stuff, interested to see how this tastes in a few weeks.

Real Talk is promising but agree that it needs some time, tasting boozier than the doubles right now

There prob will be a lot more non-saturday releases once the new tap room opens.

I poked my head into the new space the other day. It's gonna be really awesome when it's finished. Can't wait.

According to IG feed, Real Talk and SDW cans, as well as some Crazy Talk bottles. Draft list was listed above these posts and I assume is the same today (including Broccoli).

Broccoli and Real Talk are the winners for me.

I had the single IPA/hopped Simcoe this summer and it was only okay, Simcoe is just a fairly non-exciting flavor profile. Forever SIMCOE is tasty, but, doesn't do much for me and doesn't compare to the others.

Funny seeing how everyone has a different "favorite" with this release. Nice to see personal preference ruling the roost over hype.

To me, Real Talk has a kind of new world, pineapple, dank, herbal, thing going on. Enjoying the ABV. I think Crazy will add a candy edge, that's usually what I get from "fresh" brett IPAs. Excited to see, can't drink tonight because I'm not feeling well but will soon.

I did not enjoy SDW. Lots of cocoa taste and some nice coffee nose, but the feel was just way too thin for the rest of the beer IMO. I also liked the ABV on it, so really wanted to like this one. But just too . . drinkable for the flavor profile to me.

"Too drinkable" is a first in a hobby where the entire goal is to drink what you buy.
