Im new to BA but have been loving reading the reviews and going out to find new brews I wouldnt have tried before. Ive always been about the IPA/DIPAs, used to search for the bitterest of the bitter, facemelting brews but have recently been trying to see out those delicious fruit forward, grapefruity beers. SO proper. I wish i had access to Topper but have to settle for a can here and there from a friend.

    Any slightly more available suggestions?

What's available, depends on what state you live in.

I'd say fresh Sculpin, but again, don't know if that's available to you.

Not knowing where you live. Flower Power from NY. Sweetwater IPA from GA. Caldera from OR. Zombie Dust from Ill. West Coast Pliny, Alpine Duet. About covers the country all are gettable.

This is the correct answer, though technically it is an American pale wheat ale. If you're looking for a juicy fruity nectar of the gods this is it regardless of the classification.

Widmer bros shaddock rotator ipa #6. It's an ipa brewed with grapefruit peels. It's really good. If you can find the widmer variety 12 pack it's in there.

Nils Oscar IPA is pretty plummy and pit fruity. Small amounts of choco malts.

Smuttynose Finestkind is pretty grapefruity. Personally I think anything with a bunch of Amarillo smells like ripe pineapples or passionfruit. Racer 5 has that effect for me.

    Edit: Ah, and Stone Ruination.

To me anything from Lagunitas thats hoppy... Little Sumpin and Hop Stoopid are the ones that stick out to me as "fruity".

Maine Beer Co. Lunch, Baxter's Stowaway (even though I want to boycott their brewery for crappy business and distribution practices), and Rising Tide's Zephyr are worth mentioning too. I know they are hard to find but if you need a Maine contact I can help you out, just BM me.

I'll throw a vote in for Lagunitas. Their IPA really showed me what the style was about, even more than Sierra Nevada's (although, I suppose technically it's an APA try make)
