    OMG!

Drinking a three month old SN Celebration Ale and time has created a Murky cloudy haze for this beer. Now that the haze has set it, let me tell you! It tastes SO MUCH BETTER!! Don't look for this fresh anymore. I'm thinking at this age is it's prime. Prost!

No longer is it a piney bitter bomb but now a juice bomb!

In all seriousness. I have experienced the same thing. Celebration becomes hazy and delicious in a different way.

I am pretty sure you're just bustin' on the haze craze but I am serious about my celebration experience.

Celebration ages well . . . As odd as the that sounds for an ipa. I remember when guy a I once worked with brought me a 5 pk (one missing) of Celebration 2010. He told me he's "had it for years and can't stand it." I thanked him and took it home. I Honestly didn't expect much but it wasn't bad by any means. No it wasn't as Hoppy or vibrant as it is fresh but it sure did age better than most ipa's.

If any Celebration gets aged around here it will be by accident. Interesting idea though.

LOVE aged Celebration. Does NOT turn into a juice bomb. Not sure where the he'll that's coming from- but it is a great beer at 6 -12 and even 18 months old ! Different but very very good. Buy a few 12 packs and drink throughout the uear. One of my favorite things to do is situated in my yard in July when it's 90 and Crack a Celebration from the previous winter. Not sure why but it's satisfying as hell. Age NO other ipas.....just this one it's great!!!

I prefer the crisp snap of the freshest varieties. I bought a six pack that was a few months old and it was good, but I wanted the fresher hoppy kick.

The malt varieties used add character as the beer oxidizes overtime.

Celebration Ale has a pretty interesting malt character, which is probably why it ages well. More toasty than just plain sweet. Adds a more interesting depth of flavor.
