Enjoying a HF Ephraim at Prohibition Taproom.... Holy $hit. I might stay to help kick the keg.

Where is Prohibition Taproom. If it's less than 50 mi. from me, I'm there.
Never mind. I looked it up. Philly is a little too far for me. I'm north of NYC.

It's pretty solid. Personally not near my favorite by HF. I gave it a 4.5 though, so it's definitely damn good.

On at the Armsby Abbey in Worcester the past 3 days as well. Awesome beer. Again, not my fave from HF but a damn fine beer. HF makes no bad beers, just some better than others

I'd have sought this out had I not just gotten back from HF's Harvest Fest. Truthfully...by the end of the weekend I was hopped out. Period. Spending a weekend sucking down Ephraim, Ephraim/Society & Solitude, Abner without Principle, Abner, Society & Solitude 4, Society & Solitude 5, Edward, Heady Topper.... My tastebuds were fried. I was so grateful when they put Cigar City's Dirac on Friday night just so I could have something that wasn't an IPA. Not complaining, mind you...but I personally get serious palate fatigue from drinking an incessant amount of IPA's. When you went to Blackback and Prohibition Pig...it was a lot more of the same.

However, being able to drink Everett and Fayston Maple...along with bottles of Cantillon...was a nice respite at Blackback.

I was able to get over there on Wednesday night for a couple of glasses. There was 20-25 people in the bar, but only about 4 of us were drinking Ephraim.

I can always rely upon you to act in keeping with your avatar and otherwise be a grinch.

It's ok. I'll still share my Damon with you at events. :stuck_out_tongue:

Can't take the hops? Vermont would eat you alive if you lived there.

Looks like 1 of those locations is the Kennett Square Festival today during the connoisseur event. So that leaves 5 more kegs for the area. Start guessing now

Had it last night at Alewife in Long Island City. Fantastic beer. $10 for a 12oz pour though.
