You knew the answer but just had to ask for the sake of formality.:sunglasses:

Sorry @Salt-n-Beer , I had to have one more, and your post made me desire something sour. This is Monstrosity, a hoppy sour Ale from Tempel Brygghus from Uppsala. Tempel only makes sours and are one of my favorite breweries!

We Swedes are sticklers for bureaucracy! Had to check the spelling on bureaucracy, but I fucking nailed it right away!

It was very champagney, crisp and not overly sour. Tasty as hell, just like everything Tempel makes!

Good afternoon, BAs! Winding down from work with as a reliable a DIPA as there is on the market: Resin.

Drinking those beers of yours, I'd hardly consider a criminal mind great.

    The food looks good!

I made a mushroom, pepper, onion and garlic combo with half a bottle of Chardonnay, and I am planning to put it over rice and spinach. Sorry, no pictures (especially after the Watermelon noodles picture, I don't want to take any heat! :grinning:)

Enough of the dark side for now as I grab a Juice is Loose from the cold garage. I sure hope Chris uses his reduced hours in January to brew more world class beer! The stock was rather depleted when I stopped there on New Year's Eve.:slight_frown:

In the mood for some Smashing Pumpkins.......

Afternoon BAs. Hope you all had a great holiday season! Flew back East to be with family for two weeks. Now, I have a week to myself (minus the whole wife thing, but she's at work). Starting off with a homebrew single-hop IPA using all 2-row, some oats, and Denali hops.

Well, that didn't last long! Moving right along to Stone's Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout.

I had this first when they re-released it as part of the anniversary series. I was very impressed at the time; with almost exactly a year on it, it's still very tasty.

    Cheers!

Have you had the DDH version? The Fruity Bits Orange Creamsicle is so unique. Good, lord. Can I get a witness? Amen, Hunter.
