I can't wait for them to transition to new logo's 20oz glasses but which one?

In general, I'm a bit worried about Noble. A year or two ago I was constantly thrilled I could walk in and drink multiple showers beers, I Love It, Tongue Tickles or an excellent Naughty Sauce/variant. Nowadays, their focus seems to be on perfecting that hazy beer and West Coast IPA style seems to be taking a backseat, with bottle releases few and far between. My vote is for them canning their core IPAs that made them famous or maybe doing a Nitro naughty sauce can like Modern Times instead of chasing the Monkish train.

I'm gonna have to agree with you @homer281. They've had a "few" good releases in the last 3 years or so. Why change? Keep the good stuff going and add some different beers in the mix. How many shower beers did they have? Maybe keep the good one in rotation. Change up a few. Tongue Tickle is super good. Nobility should stay. Naughty Sauce, etc. Add some Haze stuff in the mix. But don't go out and compete against Monkish.
Maybe they are waiting to dial in the new brewery and everything else before they get back to the basics. I hope they don't do a 360 and change up everything they've been working so hard at to get to this point. And lets hope they are not getting ready to sell out.

I'm with DCgumman on this one, Nobles', as we like to call them, need to stop trying to pander to the latest hotness and just need to crank out the stuff that they proven really is their wheelhouse. They won L.A. IPA fest two years in a row with their west coast style. Why try to reinvent the wheel to what the latest craze is?

Then again, one could argue that Nobles and "changing their image" seems to be a common thing with them. Remember when they rebranded the first time from that sort of Ren faire looking branding to the more western one and now again? Then there's the whole mandate to constantly have Naughty Sauce - something not west coast ipa, but was a huge sleeper hit.

Nobility and Naughty Sauce are both incredible, and it'd be ideal if they could always have those available when I go there. And Naughty nitro cans would be goddamn perfection.

Goddammit. Was headed there around 1:30 or so to grab some drinks with my in-laws and some friends down in Orange County. Haven't been to a Noble on a release day -- how bad is it typically a couple hours afterward?

It's usually busy all the time at Noble.....depending what they have on the board. But Saturday might be a bit busier than norm. I am planning to get there after work around 315. Not expecting any cans but hopefully they will have some IPA's for fills. You can check their untapped page to see whats on the board.

Gotcha. Yeah, I've been to Noble on some Angels and Ducks game days (and other random weekends), and knew it could sometimes get packed. Seems the board doesn't feature much to brag about right now, which could help the post-release crowds die down a bit, maybe.

Will let you know if I end up there around the same time as you. Starting the day at Terreux, then going Bottle Logic or Noble next depending on crowds.

The lines might be longer than usual for a noble release tomorrow because it's on a Saturday but cans are usually available for a while. I got dank you for being a friend cans at like 7:30pm or so, I heard Nelson she wrote lasted until the next day. It'll be busy but nowhere near Monkish release day busy.

    No

Did not make to rip. Opted for BWHB instead. I hope Sam I Am Bam will still be on tomorrow. Might be a GUNwhale and rip stop after work.

This is what I'm thinking too, cans should be available well into the afternoon.
But then again... they've been promoting this one rather aggressively.

Which would be weird because I think their hazy ipa have been hit and miss. Nothing great. Nothing terrible.

Nelson lasted to the following day. I think this will stick around most of the afternoon.

Might grab some food and head over noonish. Usually I only get a pack for myself but I think I'll be gunning for the limit
