Kind of a stupid question here...

Haven't been to the brewery before (I know, I know....) and I was planning on going up there tomorrow afternoon (saturday). I noticed on Carton's Facebook that they don't have any hours listed for saturday on their latest post. Are they closed this weekend?

 

I believe they're open from 12-8 on Saturdays

 

Oh cool...haven't tried IDIPA or any of the Odub variants before (I was out of state for 4 years). Would love to get my hands on some. The variants never really make distribution, do they?

 

I think they only hit distro to the town the beer is made for. 07871 is Sparta so places in Sparta would get it.

I could be wrong though

 

Oh that's interesting....would love to see a Ocean County one since they distribute around there and that's my neck of the woods (or it was until I moved...) but that would screw up the whole Odub thing (08 instead of 07)

 

No they just do a 077-08721 for those.

 

They have a Motueka variant for Greenwich Village 077-10014

 

Ah, so they just throw the prefix in there....got it. Thanks for teaching this Carton quasi-noob a thing or two (I only say "quasi-noob" because I started enjoying carton back in 2012ish and almost immediately had to move out west for business, so I have been away up until only a few months ago)

Psyched that I made it back down to Carton after my aborted (car crash)effort on Monday. Fresh Boat, Odub Mosaic, IDIPA, and even still got Irregular Coffee. (Picked up Regular at a store.) All's well that ends well. Drink up everyone, it's Friday!

 

I think this point needs to be re-emphasized here

 

Anyone know if there is still irregular for tomorrow? Ill still be happy with mosaic odub, boat and idipa but that would be the cherry on top of a great trip

 

The sign still said 4 4packs when I was there at about 7:00. No idea how many were left though. Couldn't be a lot if it's not on FB anymore.
