Still need to visit this place. My sister has been there before me and she doesn't know shit about beer. I feel shame.

I'm no expert, but it reminded me of a Hefe. I didnt get any of the Saison until the last sip, but I really enjoyed it. I think their Wits are usually super solid if you like the style.

It gets a unique crowd because it's really the only brewery in the area (I don't count Trap Rock). I'm biased because it's my local, but I really like it.

thanks for the feedback. Agree that Witbiers are a strength of theirs, I've liked most of them, and thought Glow Worm was a great winter version of the style.

Hope to get there tonight, but for sure tomorrow... live less than a mile away, so no excuse not to..

In my defense she went with craft loving friends and she lives about 5 minutes away. But it's on my list.

Had the Pale Ale today. The nose on it is amazing. The first taste is a shot of juice with a silky mouthfeel that fades away with some alcohol on the back end. Not overly bitter. This is nice. Feels like where a pale ale meets an IPA.

The HIPA. They should have new hoppy beers coming out the next few weekends, too.

Set the Vector is not on as of now. The Honey IPA is a hit somehow bitter and sweet at the same time. Hard to believe it,s 8% ABV. Enjoying it right now.

Whammosaic was really good last time... seems the ABV is lower this batch?
The new pale sounds tasty... adjuncts seem out of a Wit recipe, but could be interesting...

Made it over this evening. Whammosaic was delicious. Funhouse Gates was also very creative and tasty. Not as Hop forward as I expected but some nice complexity with the grains of paradise coriander and kaffir lime leaves.

this brewery seems to be continuously improving. specifically their hoppy beers. when they opened those were a bit on the malty and basic side -- more for non-hopheads. now, they are consistently having bright and fruity IPAs that taste unique and fresh, and satiate my hop love for sure.

the Vigilante Tantrum last week was so delicious -- so orange-y and melon-y, very well balanced. Untappd tells me the two new ones are solid too, so looking forward to those.

they have definitely risen to my favorite non-Kane/Carton NJ brewery.

Ya'll are savages and we dig it! This is the kill shot from last weekend and the weekend before was even more brutal. We are replenishing the arsenal but need to take a breath this Friday the 3rd and close up shop. We will be open Saturday the 4th with plenty of growler fills for your Super Bowl needs with fresh drops of Biggenz IPA and Chingas black IPA. Also our boy @empanadaguy1 will be making their first Saturday appearance.

I was there Friday night around 9pm and it was really busy, with one beer gone and 4 with no growler fills allowed... looked like slim pickings by end of day Sunday as well. It was a great mix of beers this past weend though... they are really starting to hit a nice stride.

It's great they are doing well but I'm sure they are frustrated they can't meet demand... that's a lot of money left on the table, and limiting exposure they'd rather have. I'm not even sure how much room there is to expand in the current brew room... would be curious to know

On the plus side - I got a peek at their new barrel room... they've got a few bourbon, a chardonnay and I think a red wine barrel.. apparently filled one last week with something that included 10 lbs of fresh pineapple... look forward to what these guys do with some barrels...

They have plenty of room for a larger system. The problem is they would have to close and remove the system they now. Then put in a new larger one. No idea how long that would take to do or cost.
