Coco-nilla is amazing too. Huge coco puffs and vanilla flavor

No one will be disappointed with Chaos 2017, Coco-nilla, or Hops on Hops.

Chaos 2017 is like liquid chocolate, coconut fudge with bourbon that warms into a marshmallow with thick, sticky, viscous feel. It's absolutely fantastic.

Hops on Hops is all kinds of tropical. Great feel too. Maybe the best mouthfeel out of his NE DIPA style brews.

And coco-nilla is not much of a drop off in flavor. Milk, chocolate with (again) big mouthfeel. It's very difficult to beat the mouthfeel of Shaun's brews.

    Enjoy it fellas.

Huge full pours today. Had Chaos, Co-Co Nilla, and Hop on Hop. All were insane good.

Check out the hot sauce guy. Eric's got some gimme Samoa style sauce. Can't wait to try it.

Had a good time in the morning session. Great getting a chance to meet both @Chuckdiesel24 and @eifster82 to hang out for a bit.

Coco-Nilla was nice - nothing I could drink too much of, but nice for its style. Hops on Hops (I think they should've added another "...on Hops" to the name) was OK for its style I guess...no surprise that its not up my alley. I did ask the assistant brewer about it and possibly canning, and it sounds like it could be tough - double the amount of hops are used for it versus Juicy & Morning Fog.

Chaos was delicious, something I'd prefer to drink over an even longer period than I had. My impression was that it's like a mix of Abraxas and 2014 Prop....in fact, my brain was thinking that it is similar to a mix of 3/4 Abraxas and 1/4 2014 Prop.

Chaos '17 reminds me of Prop '14 at first. As it warms up the coconut pops at the end. Coco Nilla was another great treat. Hops on Hops could be more refined. Amazing release. It's great to be able to sit down, enjoy some beers and eat some food.

Nothing but good things to say about the entire Chaos Day 2017. Beers, atmosphere, etc...great event!

Chaos was nothing like Abraxas to me, besides the cinnamon obviously but Prop 14 already has that component. Mouthfeel, balance, coconut, chocolate... nothing Abraxas has close to the same level

Well, that's what makes palates different. I thought Chaos had a slight coconut flavor (thus the 1/4 Prop comment), but didn't think mouthfeel and balance were any/much different from Abraxas. Perhaps we have different opinions of Abraxas, though. That's what makes it nearly impossible to compare someone else's thoughts to your own - just gotta taste it for yourself.

For anyone who attended this event or is there now:

Do you anticipate Chaos/Coco-Nila/Hops on Hops being on draft when the ram opens to the public at 6pm tonight?
