And I think I had about 7 pours of it. It got to be my palate cleanser between the big stouts and BWs.

Such a good day when you can call Heady your palate cleanser!

As other have said, they were there in 2015. They brought a palate or two of heady cans. They were on sale for onsite consumption only at the brewery the next day for $5 a can. All proceeds went to (child?) cancer research. I felt like a dick because I didn't know that fact and asked if my ECC discount worked and the bartender response was "if you want to steal 50cents from sick children.."

I like people that are humble enough to admit to embarrassing moments like this. Happens to all of us. Also like that bartender's comeback. I've never known CCB's FOH staff to have much of a sense of humor.

I was really impressed with those guys last year, dealing with massive crowds and my stupid questions while getting a bunch of cans and bottles to go, I had more than a few laughs with them for whatever reason.

I can tell you for sure...MAZURT will be there and they don't just show up.

If you bring up too many good places to go you'll end up with lines at them. That being said as a newbie to Huna Day I appreciate the suggestions.

Mazurt is hardly a secret anymore. In 2014 sure, but the last couple Huna Days....not so much.

So I see that Toppling Goliath was added. One of my main goals is to hopefully try Mornin' Delight (doubtful they would have Assassin/KBBS). Does anyone have past experience, assuming they have brought it before? Hoping to get there as early as I can to make sure I dont have to wait in ridiculous line and miss out on other beers.

Also, do they release the name of the beers that each brewery will be pouring prior to?

Where is everyone finding the tap list?
Not finding it this year with a google search.

I'm not sure the beers each brewery are bring have been listed yet, just the breweries that are coming. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

They do generally list the beers each brewery will bring. Just doesn't look to be posted yet. I would imagine we'll start to see that in the next couple weeks. As for TG, 2 years ago they had most of their core beers and also SR-71. They had two lines at their booth, one for SR-71 and one for everything else. I passed on SR-71 at the start of the fest because the line was huge, but about an hour in they still had it and I only waited 10 minutes.

If this is your goal, get in early and get in line. They had it last year but it was gone early. It also depends what other whales are available. Usually the immediate lines form around the 4-5 big names. Meanwhile plenty of lesser known gems that you can get with no line. If they bring KBBS the rest of the lines will be empty, which would be great.

I went in 2014 and got in line at TG immediately... along with everyone else. They had MD and Assassin. We were about 9th or 10th in line. We got MD and King Sue between my wife and I... since she likes IPAs

You also need to make sure the beer you want is being tapped immediately. Some were tapping right away but others were tapping special beers throughout the day.

Last year CC had the list of breweries and beers they were bringing on their website. Or on the "hunahpu day" website...Any idea where the list is going to be this year?

I Found it on the Website, are breweries not posting the beers they are bringing this year or is it just too early still?
