I have to say, this is probably one of the best BA Stouts I have had over the last couple years. Last year's release was great, this year's doesn't fall short! Very well balanced, full-bodied stout with great flavor & aroma! Glad I picked myself up a few bottles of this stuff.

Good morning BAs! Another rainy day here in NW PA - I was going to prune my apple trees today but not now. Today's New Breakfast Beer is:



Very decent. It's kind of like a less sweet less flavorful version of Founder's Lizard of Koz, kind of the Lizardette. And speaking of reptiles...

 

Long walks with dogs complete. Ava still has some issues, so vet appointment at 10am. Until then, juice time:



Sunny and 75 forecast, but I know I'll be volunteered for more closet cleaning duty...hoping instead to get a trade in the mail, and then visit my local bottle shops where I have some tasty bottles on hold for me...

My appy polly loggys all you fine devotchkas and chellovecks, I never did find my copy of A Clockwork Orange to brush up on my lingo due to the overwhelming slew of kids books that have inherited that real estate . Anyways, let's have a Glass of the Day Awards, shall we!?

Good day BA's!

 

I'm not an apricot fan, but this, like most of the Pipeworks Fish series, is an outstanding beer.

Two crystal related tunes just because they're among the tunes on my computer's random playlist while I'm doing more basement work.

 

So the good news @bowzer4birdie is it looks like a clean glass, bad news is it Stoneface Blonde not IPA, I could tell when it came out, back to the other good news, I had nevery ticked it, so another review in the books. It was good if you are into blonde ales.

 

Work around the house today, some boots to clean and oil, a bag to wax, a lot of shit to put away, and some general cleanup but I have an armful of new vinyl to keep me company.



Pilsner and a gloriously luxurious remix.

Erdinger Weißbier, on of the nice brews from Bavaria (not the Dutch brand, but the German state).

I was really looking forward to this beer today. Made the mistake to browse BA and this thread and some of yesterdays late postings earlier today when I could not have a beer.

That strange German B in Weißbier stands for the use of two s's. You can also write Weissbier, and not to be confused with Weib-bier (meaning something like wife-beer in German).
