Has @Burrass or @Yourahoser gave any hints yet? Must have missed them if they did.. Including those 2 yahoos, I'm down to 9 possible shippers. I've pretty much ruled out 3 other people so we will see..... Anyone out there have their shipper figured out? Hint #10 - By now, there are enough hints to totally figure this out for my target.

I have not the slightest idea who could be shipping to me. Unfortunately, I have never been good at guessing games and deciphering clues Also, by one of my hints that I have given, it pretty much narrows it down to two possibilities.
Hint #1: Shipping to a male human (sorry Pleepleus) Hint #2: Shipping to someone I have never shipped to before. Hint #3: My target's state touches the Atlantic Ocean.

Hint 4: Shipping to a state that has a city/town named Georgetown (legal disclaimer: I based hints 3 and 4 on if I could find the name on google maps. I have no idea if they are legally a city/town.
