Decided to blindly try @HeartofMiami wrapped bottled tonight. Could definitely taste the bourbon and some sweetness. I couldn't identify the sweetness and whether it was maple or something else, like coconut. Whatever the ingredient, this beer was amazing.. I took a shot and guessed FB French Toast. And...... I was wrong: Wow! What an awesome surprise! Thanks again man, this has been a great experience and love getting to try all of these new beers.

Well Newbies, we have a villian among us. @ndpunk utterly destroyed not only my porch, but my beer fridge due to his overzealous inclusion of all the beer in the midwest. This guy is insane. First the cans and swag (there's also a note saying more swag is coming...WHAT???): 18th Street Hunter Vanilla- new brewery for me and dat can art! Bare Hands tha.i.p.a- sounds amazing along with sticker and bottle opener Transient The Juice is Loose- another new tick and another can with amazing art The bottles: FFF Alpha King (x2)- long time want FFF Zombie Dust (x2)- permawant FFF Gumballhead- long time want Big Sky Ivan the Terrible- another want! Greenbush Delusion- Imperial cream stout aged in rye whisky barrels- sounds amazing Dark Horse Plead the 5th and BBPTF- both wants and I'm anticipating a side by side tasting Bombers: Bare Hands Ride the Bride- sounds kinky, but I like it! Bare Hands Citronic Pale Ale- hard to see but another cool label and sounds great Upland Revive- fruited sour. This is only my second Upland beer FFF Dreadnaught- yet another big want! AND THEN: Perennial Abraxas: are you effing kidding me? Huge, huge want! Revolution Deth's Tar: another huge want Wrapped mystery bottle- this scares me since this box has already been so good Group shot: @ndpunk this is an insane box. My gut says to exclude a beer if they sent one in their own box, but then again, some people have a tendency to ship beers they haven't tried yet in order to fulfill someone's wants (I know @Yourahoser tends to do this a lot because he doesn't know how to drink beer).

More BIF pr0n, a day late. I got home from work yesterday to find an attempt of porch destruction, but the cement helds its own once again! First up were the Alaskan goodies from @Glustick Anchorage Brewing Company - The Tide and Its Takers Anchorage Brewing Company - Bitter Monk Anchorage Brewing Company - Rondy Brew Kassik's - Statny Statny Anchorage Brewing Company - Triple IPA And then there's the non Alaskan beer Fonta Flora - Funk Fuzz Crossword Wrapped bottle The Bruery Mash & Coconut TG/Cycle - BA Chainsmoker Deschutes - 2014 The Abyss Kyle may not have broken the cement, but did some massive damage, especially with a big time want with the TG. Packed up my boxes today. One box is almost all Wants. The other box is locals and non locals that I think my target will enjoy. Just for my target, I tried to keep the boxes at 49 pounds total but just couldn't do it. Two 30lb boxes just dropped off at FedEx. Should arrive on Thursday.
