I think Terrell was like 6'5/6'6 with a massive reach and a jab that was supposed to be top notch. Plus, as you may recall, he was a sparring partner for then Cassius Clay back when he was just a lad, and Ernie supposedly got the best of him, prompting the talking heads to wonder if this might be the undoing of the brash mouth from Louisville. When Terrell wouldn't call him by his new name, Muhammed labeled him a Tom. Some say Ali humiliated him, keeping him upright throughout just to administer greater punishment.

I saw Boston at the Notre Dame ACC in 1979. Great show. I'd like to tell you I was 2 years old, but alas, I was 16.

I am old, but I do drink well, so I have that going for me - like this .....



I'm enjoying the hell out of this tonight. One of the more appropriately named beers I've had.

The Trillium stuff looks majestic. I had some of their stuff in December and really enjoyed it - you guys living in the Northeast are surrounded by world-class breweries.

New IPA (NE-style) from Orono Brewing Company. Tubular IPA, double dry-hopped with Galaxy, El Dorado, Citra, and Topaz. So damn juicy.

Finback MK Ultra. Finback to me tends to be hit or miss and I'm putting this one in the miss category, just not a lot of flavor here.

 

Short's Black Yukon Sucker Punch


Imperial Porter brewed with Damn Fine Coffee and blackberries and aged in Bourbon Barrels

 

Now up my final can of Mago Tago, canned in August, finally calmed down to a pretty drinkable level. Finish is still slightly hash/off, but better than fresh, cheers!

 

Surprised me, very tasty brew, worth checking out.
