High-Westified in CA yet?

just picked up some at whole foods in rwc..at least 3 more packs on the shelf that i could see

Finally hit NorCal yesterday, $40 for a case. Bottled on 1/6/17 in Petaluma. Anyone had this new batch yet? I'm assuming it's not infected. I'll drink one tonight for sure.

 

Yep, had one at the end of last week. I wasn't blown away by it right out of the fridge, but I really enjoyed it as it warmed up. Got a couple sixers for $11.99 from Whole Foods.

 

I just poured one at room temp and it tastes fine, no infection. I also got mine at a grocery store and they were priced at 10.99 but they give a 10% discount on anything in the store if you buy a case so I just got a whole case. That's a good deal for tasty beer, glad it's not soured.

 

Nice, this is the first I've heard of a different bottling date than the "6 323" date.

 

Have anybody seen any in SoCal OC area? i'm still looking for my first drop. I opened the 2015 bomber batch a couple of weeks ago and it was good. the coffee seem to fade away.

 

It's out there. You missed the bulk of it. Where are you located?

 

Orange County area. I live in Garden Grove, but I commute to work in Newport Beach. i will check out Hi Times this week. Let me know if you have seen it.

Anyone know of any shops in San Diego that still have it for a reasonable price?

 

I just went to Hi Times and i didn't see any Lagunitas High Westifed. They do have Prairie Bible Belt and i also asked for Kern RIver JO cans, they are not in yet.

 

I keep missing out on this. If anyone sees any in the LA area, please let me know.
