This bizarre thread makes me think about another recent one here on BA -'what beer style will be the next craze?'...Well I hope it's NOT candy/cookie infused beer....SKITTLEBRAU????

Anyone know of any all-grain recipes that might be good to brew that taste like a Thin-Mint?

I just had it on tap last night. Amazing beer with just the right amount of mint flavor (i.e. definitely noticeable but not overpowering).

This may be off base a touch. But experiment. I would take actual thin mints and use a base milk stout (6%ish) recipe and maybe add them to the boil, or even secondary fermentation.

I've added nibs to the serving keg of a milk stout (along with coffee, cinnamon, vanilla beans, nutmeg). Adding those same cookies to the serving vessel may impart many of the flavors you are looking for. Many consider the adjuncts as your "dry hop" stage, so you could definitely add them post primary fermentation when you would normally dry hop. I use cheese cloth, washed in cheap vodka, and throw that flavor ball right into the secondary/serving keg.

    Good luck

I think so, or pretty damn close at least. Still have a bottle of the non-collab hanging around.

The better question might be when are the Girl Scouts going to make a cookie that taste like beer? I'll be at the release. Book it.

Pipeworks' Mint Truffle Abduction would fit the bill here.
