Do you prefer to drink IPA/DIPAs on CO2, nitro or cask?

For me, it doesn't get much better than a great IPA on nitro. What are some great IPAs you've been able to try on nitro?

Nitro just doesn't do it for me, for basically any beer. CO2 all the way.

Always like IPA's on cask, but CO2 is always great.

Only thing I like on nitro is an oatmeal/irish stout.

Natural CO2 from the conditioning tank when possible

I have always enjoyed forced carbonation more with IPAs.

CO2. Without the prickly acidity of sufficient carbonation, IPAs taste dull and sweet.

I love to side by side draft next to cask. Hopslam is the perfect example of how tremendously different the beer can be. Almost like two different DIPAs in terms of flavor, aroma, everything.

CO2. I like my IPA's with some decent carbonation. Stouts though, nitro/cask all the way.

I'm gonna vote for cask, not a big fan of anything nitro.

CO2 - unless they are going to stuff the cask full of hops.

I prefer my IPA's out of a bottle/can and poured into a glass. But if I had to pick one of the above it would be CO2, even though nitro is a cool expierence. I had Mojo Risin' on nitro and I feel like it lost a lot of its hop flavor.

IPAs from the cask or just straight CO2 for me. I'll pass on nitro for one. Dry hops in the cask? mmmmmm

Typically I like my IPAs straight CO2, but will go for a cask version if I see it. The only IPA I've had on nitro was Double Dog and it blew away the regular CO2 version

Not crazy about nitro. Cask has to be my favorite!

My sentiments exactly. I've never had one nitro'd though, so I can't comment on that.

This. And when they do stuff that cask full of hops, there is nothing better. I would take a dry hopped cask over CO2 any day of the week.

Nitro and IPAs are simply not a match IMO. More often than not I will take CO2, put the right IPA on a hand pull and my opinion will quickly change.
