How many events by Wakefield have you been to?

 

We're less than 20 days from Hunahpu's Day and no bracelets sent out yet it appears. Based on past experience it's clear this is going to go really well.

 

Received mine on Feb 22 last year.

 

As of 5 minutes ago there are still tickets available for Huna Day. 8 and 4 Bottle. I hope they dont expect to sell out before they send the tickets.

Didnt they say last year that they limited the fest to something like 3500 people? (plus brewery guests and volunteers). This year with tickets still on sale I am feeling like we may be packed in like sardines.

 

With them being sold there is likely more pressure to get as much money out of an event like this as you can.

How? That place is only so big. and the fest took up the whole place. Unless that walkway near the water is going to be closed off for us.

 

If there was a cap on # of tickets available and there are still tickets for sale, that would hopefully mean less people.

This is of course assuming there was not an increase from # of people allowed to enter from last year

 

We'll be coming from Chicago for our first time and staying at the Marriott Waterside. Are there typically bottle shares allowed in the hotels? Debating on bringing up some locals for people to try.

 

Did anyone find the 2017 app on Android yet? I only see 2016 and it hasn't been updated

 

There will bottles shares happening in rooms all over the hotel. Last year after Huna we sat on the back patio area and had a small bottle share about 8 of us. The waitress was telling us to keep the outside bottles out of site until we all tipped her then she brought bottles of water and peanuts.
It all depends on how you treat the staff and the property. Respect=Respect.

 

Lol...your expecting CCB to have that up and running when they don't even have The Wristbands sent out yet for an Event that is only 18 Days away?.and CCB's Track Record with anything Online Related is dismal to put it mildly

 

Yeah people were sharing downstairs all night. Got rowdy for sure with the sasaparilla music fest and the regular old touristy/local partying on a weekend night.

 

I don't believe there is a cap on tickets. The 4 and 8 bottle tickets available are them breaking up the 12 bottle tickets that didn't sell out I believe.

 

There will be shares all over the place outside of the bigger breweries where they've pretty much agreed to not allow shares that week.
