Bad BIF'r -- @CapCollector16

I was hoping that it wouldn't have to come to this but it's been long enough. I run a BIF Fantasy Baseball league and I'm having an issue with @CapCollector16 The problem is he is active on this site daily and still keeps giving me the run around.


Back in mid October I sent out an email to the league with the winners and who will send to whom. Everyone responded (including Cap) and said they'd get their boxes out and most everyone sent out their boxes within the month. After being informed about two months later by @st9647v3 that he has yet to receive his box from Cap (or even had heard from him), I contacted Cap. He responded that day and said after Christmas he would get his box out. As he still did not have his box out by January 18th, I contacted him once again. He again responded that day and said he forgot and that he would get it out. Three weeks after that and still nothing. I contacted him yet again and he promptly responded saying he would get it done (this had been the 4th time I had contacted him about the box at this point). Later that day I saw that he had recently made a trade about a week earlier and I let him know I was pissed about it. You all can read his response below (I've included the BM's between us) and why he is butt hurt about having to send a box (which is absolute crap).


Also, he has been on this site at least two times since I sent him the BM the other day and he has still yet to read or respond to it which is why I'm posting in here so I can warn people about him.

I need to know when your box is going out to Micro for last years Fantasy Baseball league. He or I haven't heard from you and I really don't want to have to start posting your name in Bad Trader forums and stuff like that. You said three weeks ago that you were going to send it out and still nothing.

I'm a little pissed that I saw you made a trade recently and still haven't sent out your box. I was going to post in the Bad Trader forum a few minutes ago but Micro actually talked me out of it. Tuesday is the absolute limit.

hey do whatever you need to do man. If you think I'm a bad trader go for it. The reason I'm so salty about all of this is because my team got auto drafted and I didn't even play the season. Your boy will get his beer and ill send shipping to the whole group by Tuesday then delete me out of it, and if you wanna label me a bad trader you're more than welcome to. I trade once a month if that anymore, so you wont be hurting me.

Listen, all I know is that you agreed to participate in a BIF league and you haven't sent your box. The draft date and time was known well ahead of time and I even texted you at the start of the draft because you weren't there. If you didn't like your team (which had a lot of good players) you could have traded throughout the season. If you didn't play then that's on you, but you still agreed to the league either way. All I care is that everyone who participated sends out their box as agreed upon and once yours is received by Micro, I will gladly delete you out of the league.

@SammyJaxxxx I'd be interested to hear if he has another side because I will gladly show anyone any communication between us.

The minimum is a 110oz of beer from either people's "want" list or beers talked about between them. Even if people don't use that, it has to just be good beer (no shelf turd crap).

 

@blue-dream Much appreciated. The only thing I care about is that everyone stays true to their commitments.

 

@SammyJaxxxx No conversation over here from him. I was guessing it was with a moderator... He still hasn't read my last BM to him when I asked him if his box was sent.

 

Unbelievable! I texted him as well and no response. I was surprised that he even came back on this site but I guess welching doesn't bother @CapCollector16. I like to think that bitches like that get what's coming to them. Either way I will make good on his box. I've done it before for a guy in the league who lost his job, but there was an actual good reason for that and I was glad to help. Oddly enough this box will go to the same guy.....maybe @st9647v3 is the problem!
