If you could choose any beer and change the format that it is available in, what would it be?

Mine would definitely be 12 pack cans of Allagash White. I would buy those all summer long. And all winter too

Good one. Knee Deep, everything in 12 oz cans, 16 oz cans or 12 oz bottles. So basically ANYTHING except bombers. So sick of their awesome beer going out of date because of their unwillingness to change formats.

Schlenkerla Helles in 6 packs of 16oz cans, in the $10 range (as long as I'm dreaming). I appreciate the idea of the mini kegs, but this is much better .

I'm my dream world, everything would be in pint-sized cans, and stores would allow you to buy singles of anything. Very rarely do I have enough faith in a beer to buy anything more than a single.

I did buy a six pack (bottles) last night of Coronado's NE IPA, but only because it was $12 compared to an $8 bomber. That's highway robbery! Plus, even if the beer isn't great, it won't be bad.

Pretty much eliminate 22oz or 750ml sizes and have everything in 12oz, 16oz & 500ml formats. Done.

Mikkeller's Beer Geek Breakfast or Speedway Stout offered in a can, so I can drink one at camp the morning of a float trip while my taste buds still operate. Oh, wait. They already do

Hopslam in a bottle (going backwards here?) so I can add those bottle caps to my bottle cap Mosaic.

Summerfest back in cans. I really enjoy Stone's Tangerine Express too, but what's up with the bomber? Cans would work there too. Dirtwolf in cans as well.
    Just can everything I guess.

Not necessarily a particular ale, but I'd like to see breweries be able to release crowlers of stuff usually only available on tap at their pubs to the stores. I hate bombers but I love two pints in a can....

This is a tough one, I'd like to see more canned session sours. A local brewery, exile, will be canning soon, they'll be canning their core beers which includes their unfruitful berlinerweiss, but I'd love to see the fruited versions canned as well. Other than that I'd like to see more smaller format bottles and cans, bombers are almost always over priced and I'd rather have 4 12 oz vs 2 bombers. If I could get TG bomber only beers, king sue, Ddh sue, lightspeed, sosus etc in 4 packs that'd be great.

Don't know why but a Belgian quad in can just doesn't seem right. I guess just a bit old fashioned on this one.

Locally, SanTan releases their Moonjuice IPA in large cans, either 24 or 32 Oz, I forget. They're big advocates of canning, along with Sun King in Indianapolis, as each brewery holds a "Canvitational" festival every year that features only canned beers.

As for Crowlers, technically they would go bad quickly, as they aren't true "cans". I do like the idea of large format cans replacing bombers. AZ Wilderness does their canned releases in 32 Oz format, but there is so much yeast at the bottom, the second pour is usually awful.

How about an aluminum bottle, a la AAL, but with a cork?

Yes sir! 16oz cans. There was a thread about it. We don't get Alesmith here, so I haven't seen any in person. If it comes in 4 packs (I don't think it does), I may have to trade for a pack or two just to keep it around. It's so dang good.

This site has the cans now. Not to say I condone ordering your beer online.

We don't get them in Iowa either, but I make fairly regular runs to Dubuque to hit up both Wisconsin and Illinois distro, so I get it enough. It's just too bad it doesn't really cellar too well, at least to me.
