Cycle Barrel Aged Day 2017

He seems to still be on the 8am kick. But all details haven't been announced yet.

Are they bringing leftovers back to the brewery for Friday night like last year?

 

Probably any kegs from Friday that last will be killed Saturday and Sunday I'm sure.

I'll do my best to make them light for transport.

 

So, bottles of barrel aged honey? I'm assuming based on the post that it is for attendees of barrel aged day at the shuffle board club. What I'm wondering is that the bottle attendees get, as in no event beer bottle? Is it available to purchase? Or do we get a bottle along with the barrel aged beer bottle? Or am I just completely off base?

Thoughts?

 

I'm sure they'll post more about it soon. Your guess is as good as mine at this point.

 

It will definitely include a bottle of BA beer. The honey post says "available" which means it will be for sale there. The original BA Day post on fbook states they didn't know exactly which bottle it will be but it will most likely be from something out of a Pritchard's Rum Barrel.

 

BA Day is 8 days away.

Hope they post a tap list a few days in advance - or at least a teaser of it. Safe bet that the Weekday beers will be on draft and other variants of them (Like last year.)

Any BA Day bottle speculation?

Does anyone know if there are any tolls between Tampa, St Pete and Clearwater? I'm trying to decide if I need to bring down my EZ pass.

I'm guessing the answer to the question you're really asking is, "No, there aren't toll roads between those three cities." So, if you're staying in one of those places and simply visiting the other cities, you don't need your EZ Pass. If, however, you're staying in Brandon (coming in on Selmon Xway), north of the Bay Area (coming south on Suncoast/Veterans Xway) or south of the Bay Area in Bradenton or Sarasota (coming north on Sunshine Skyway), you'll want to have your pass.

 

Ez pass doesn't work in FL they use Sun pass......and any toll old in FL does toll by plate so no biggie unless have rental

 

when do they normally announce what the event bottle is?

 

Last year we knew earlier on that the Friday bottle of the week set was BA day only. Since that's not happening this year and that is for the public, I'm not sure when that's happening. Interested in knowing when the tap list is released too.

 

Did they announce how many bottles per person at the fest?

 

They haven't even announced what the bottle will actually be yet other than rumors.

I'm hoping it same as last year. One included- option for everyone to buy a second on their way out.
