I picked up a bottle while I was passing through Daytona Beach this past weekend... Had a few more, so I have no idea if it's been there or not.

Will this hold up over a few months? I think some bottles from the last batch are still on shelves here.

Damn I guess it's not as limited as I thought. Good news cuz I love this beer!
I hope shelves start filling up again. Last time it was around it was gone in a flash.

Bomber? Did they change the bottle format? Thought these were 750ml champagne bottles.....

Bombers refer specifically to 22oz bottles, not 750ml (~25oz). Just sayin'.....

some people refer to all "big" bottles as bombers, regardless of the actual ounces.

    Sure, some people do......incorrectly, however.

I think that it's an important distinction that should be corrected as it's a difference of 3+ ounces between the two.

Volume is pretty key when discussing the specifics on certain bottles.

this is pretty much nothing but semantics at this point, but it's pretty simple: when breweries offer a "small" package and a "big" package, the bigger one is often referred to as a bomber. there is no technical definition that states that a "bomber" has to be 22 ounces. now if someone called a 750mL a "22 ounce package" well then they'd be wrong.

So by your logic, a magnum could also be referred to as a "bomber" then.....yes?

I mean, it's a "big" package. Especially when compared to a 12oz bottle.

There's a difference and it's significant enough to warrant its own designation.

Just because some people incorrectly refer to these volumes doesn't mean that it's as interchangeable as you'd like it to be.
