Constantly amazed at the microclimate and ecological system that is Highland Park, there are fruit species unique to that industrial parking lot now?

Those of you who are friends with HPB, have you tried this?

This seems to be the original base beer whereas the new one has cherry ..I didnt even remember them doing this beer until I looked it up. Thats all I could find in regards to the beer.

    I keep getting this message

"The tickets, ticket quantity or date and time you've requested are no longer available, due to previous sales. Please choose a different date, time or number of tickets and place your order again."

But it doesn't say sold out or unavailable.

I just went back to the page, its not sold out..not by any means, at least not on my end. Try mobile if youre not on your desktop, or vice versa.

are you trying to add to cart tho? because it says available until you do that

I guess this is what monkish name brings. Last few HPB releases were easy... sucks

Edit: Now says sold out. One more reason to hate Monkish hype!

I guess the monkish hype helped sell this out. The last few releases have been available for at least a day.

I'm not drinking mine, trading for some sweet sweet lambic glassware.

There was a while when HPB fruited releases were selling out pretty quick. Batch sizes haven't changed so I'm confused why more people aren't clamoring for their releases. For my money, they're doing some of the best mixed fermentation beer in CA.

I have had tons of their beers and been visiting for about 3 years. I suspect it is a saturation of the market and a shift in the market towards hazy IPA's. Two years ago there were very few places selling fruited sours and they were all the craze, now there are several people doing it. I suspect in two years hazy IPA's will be pretty easy to get.
I do not think it is one thing causing these beers to last longer, rather a combination of several things. I am not surprised by this as 5 years ago there was almost no good beer being made in LA, now there is a good brewery in about every neighborhood of LA county. The beer industry expected to see some of the people making inferior beer or people with bad business plans close and that has started happening.

I concur. And personally I'm drinking way less sours than I was a year ago, not that I drank that much that I affected beer sales. hahahah I hope.
