It would still be Sunday in my time zone if not for daylight savings time, so I'm going to sneak my way in here anyway.

    look: 3.75 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 3.75

    Bottled 3/1/17 Poured into tulip

Poured a clear copper, with a half inch white head that disappeared quickly, and left moderate lacing.

Aroma is somewhat muted but dominated by pine followed by citrus

Taste is piney, and resinous, finishing with toasted malts, but leaves a dank resinous after taste.

Carbonation feels right, and leaves a very sticky resionous feel.

Overall a solid IPA would certainly reach for again. Especially in a market dominated by hazy hops, or citra, it's nice to have something pliney/resinous to reach for once in a while.

Arcadia uses Ringwood so that butterscotch was likely diacetyl. I've gotten that from them before, but I find them to be better than most others with Ringwood at taming that.

Cheers you all and good morning . Looks like Monday has made it's return. You all have brought the house down again with your reviews and pics! You are the reason NBS is fresh, informative and fun! Thank you for sharing your Sunday and your new beer with all of us.

I have an update on my beers dark color. @JackHorzempa says that the dark color could be due to oxidation during bottling. I could not use the wand and so I bottled right from the spigot on the bucket. Maybe that is why my beer is so dark. Anyway, I put all the bottles in the fridge just in case and one by one let's see how they last or not! Also if you know how to put this bottling wand together please tell me. I am going to write the company on facebook this week and see how they say to do it. I tried hot water to loosen the plastic to fit over the white part of the wand. It would fit the spigot but not the wand. See you in WBADYN and have a great week everyone!
