Folks who post a IP Trade when visiting a certain city and only looking for one beer that wasn't even available in that area when it was released.

Somebody who posts the same ISO:FT every day for a week, or a month, or a year.

On the other hand, I tip my hat to the thoroughly professional troll of this trader. That was damn funny, & you know who you are.

This wouldn't happen to be a certain regional IP trade would it?

This is a new pet peeve
When you are in the middle of a trade and the you get radio silence for 18-24+ hours.
Or when you are stuck in between, your trade partner is REALLY busy with work/life and is this trade going to end in the other forum....

Well the revere is that beer sitting in ice cold trucks will freeze and burst. Even with the best of packing jobs. It pays to be expedient , but it also pays to be prudent. Just my opinion.

This has happened to me 3 times in the last 2 months. I am just about to quit. It is so rude.

In one case, it was a pre-release trade. Suddenly, he says he lost interest in stuff that he selected. "Lost interest"? And then he fell off a cliff. He is online everyday but doesnt want to respond.

It's a winners mentality to trading that turns me off. I'll ship to friends or past trade guys, but I've got no interist right now in haggling with people I don't know. Most guys are great, don't let one or two guys throw you off, but I think some just circle for a score or a lopsided trade. Check references.

When people message me and give me a hard time for "diminishing the value" of the beer I'm putting up for trade because they don't think I'm asking for enough in return. Firstly, worry about your own trades, not mine. Second, don't be so god damn worried about "winning" trades.

I always thought a beer was worth whatever the person trading it thinks it's worth, I guess others disagree.

Must be a increased rash of this going around recently, same here, online engaging in convos, not bothering to send a simple reply. I really hate to stereotype, but the last three times it happened to me, all traders with < 5 trades.

Also, side note, I cant stress this enough, no one wants to trade their KBBS/VR/SR-71 for several cans of weekly release hops or 3 bottles of Last Snow type beers. We get it. Everyone wants to try those beers, but stooooop with the silly threads.

Can't forget his insurance premium and wear on the vehicle per mile. It adds up quick!

Thankfully that isn't the case for all De Garde traders or I would probably have never tried them.

I will echo others sentiments regarding non responding beer messagers. It shouldnt take someone more than a moment to respond. Is this a generational/ Millennial problem?

Oh yea blame the millennials. God that gets so old maybe they are just dicks or don't see it as high value to respond as you do, who cares how old they are. Dang wimpersnappers get off my lawn.
