Tired Hands (March 2017)

Anybody there with the status of the line?

I can only go up for this or the Heavy Gem stuff and I think I'm doing this one.

 

They both just seem too sugary. Beer already makes you fat as it is, added sugar and junk just makes it worse.

Common sense would seem to indicate that a day of the release announcement would result in shorter lines but when it comes to Tired Hands releases it seems to me that insanity is the rule. Did you read about the guy who is leaving work (Washington, DC) at 1:00 to travel all of those miles for this release? If that doesn't indicate to you rabid enthusiasm here I do not know what would.

Edit: I just gotta ask: wouldn't traveling to The Veil Brewery be an easier trek for you?

 

Or Aslin even easier.

(Coming from the guy who travels 2 hours to Tired Hands but in my defense I don't have anything like a Tired Hands/Aslin/Veil closer to me...)

Here is my question, is there actually people instead of chairs this time around because of how they announced it? But I'm with the majority too much sweetness and 5 out of 5 has horrible untappd rating, but you know its tired hands people are gonna line up.

So 350 cases and 3/person.. This would be my first time going to TH, if I show up before 5 do you guys think I'd be able to grab cans? Might go either way just to try to get some on tap if anything.

Yeah, you will be completely fine. The wait may seem excruciating but they've never had 700 people lined up before opening. Usually around 300-400 people at the worst.

Not to detract from the latest cinnamon-swirl Rice Krispie pancake stardust Milkshake, but have any Instagram sleuths uncovered any more details on Heavy Gem? Is it going to be a side project a la Grassroots to Hill Farmstead?
