Craft beer didn't turn me into a runner but the daily running (and other working out) is very necessary with all the extra calorie consumption these OH DIPAs bring. It's either that or stop drinking beer, so...running it is!

Always hated running, but I'm trying to get into it. Cycling, on the other hand, is my shit. I try to ride at least 15 miles a day and do weight training to offset my love of beer. At 6'1" and 165 pounds I'm not doing all that shabby I guess.

Some people work out/exercise to lift twice their weight. I exercise to drink twice my weight.

Also love cycling (as you can tell from avatar - Sagan) - split running/riding about 50/50 over winter, but come summer will be pretty much all riding - speaking of which - not sure if anyone watched Milan San Remo yesterday. Absolute classic. The man is a genius despite coming second.

Just to stay on topic - just rode down to brewery to get some ddh dmd. Had a daydream while waiting. Delicious stuff

I will weigh in with 3.5 hours of tennis today. According to Fitbit up to 17,000 steps today. Hot dog and DDH Mylar Bags on deck!

Yeah, that is an incredible average pace. I typically average around 7:30 per mile for long distance runs and was told that is fast. 6:15 is nuts!! Kudos!

If Other Half ever starts a running team, @rozzom would be the # 1 pick!

Damn, I don't know how old you guys are, but I've been jogging for 25 years and at age 45, I run at a much slower pace, especially to avoid injuries, which used to sideline me until I learned to slow down. Never averaged those speeds for long distance running though. Impressive!

The last few months have been rough in terms of amount of beer consumed (yay!) vs amount of running done (oof!). Did a half marathon in mid December, and went for a run this afternoon and had to call it quits after about 3 miles. Need to get back into gear here.

I could do a 6 minute mile for, uh, one mile.

Oh, and to try to keep on topic, I'm about to have DDH Forever Simcoe.

I'm glad I'm realitively young and have the time and drive to workout at least 6 days a week otherwise I would be a fat slob with all the beer I drink. Also thankful for surfing keeping me motivated 24/7.

On topic, drinking my last 3rd anny right now watching my Rhody Rams and this is the best can I've had. All booziness is gone and its so smooth. Now I'm really sad that I dont have anymore.

You inspired me to crack open a can just now and I have to echo your sentiments. Drinking like straight juice.

I'm assuming cheddar and cabbage are the same base beer as broccoli

That's my assumption as well since they are all the same ABV.
