Just wanted to give a hearty recommendation to this off-the-beaten-path brewery in Bethlehem, NH. The husband and wife owners couldn't have been any nicer and the beer was delicious. We tried an IPA with Riwaka hops, a Cascadian Dark ale, a Rye Brown, and a Smoked Stout. FYI - It was a little difficult to find. At first we thought we were going to be walking into someone's house, but then we noticed a sugar shack sized brewery in the back. It was tiny and packed with people, making for some close quarter sampling, but the mood was so joyous, that we didn't mind. Samples were $2 a pop with growler and growlette fills. They'll be moving to a larger place on Main St. this Fall, and we can't wait to go back.
It is off the beaten path, but I've been wanting to go to Schilling at some point and this is not all that far from there.. I have been looking for a good new Black IPA/Cascadian Dark. Sounds good...
