Ram Brewery Side Note Releases

I didn't ask, but I believe so..

 

Ram-Schaumberg is still filling growlers of Juicy as of an hour ago.

 

Hoping for a fill tonight (surprised it lasted a week) Someone please post if you find out it kicks today

 

Hearsay, but my buddy was there last night & the bartender thought it would last into the weekend.

 

Anyone know if they're still forcing you to buy those dumb, over priced flip-top growlers for fills to-go? What happened to their normal glowers?

 

They have both standard screw top and the flip top growlers available, belive you can purchase either option. As of tonight around 630 they were still doing juicy fills

 

Just got a fill at 8pm. I see a bunch of non flip-top growlers on the shelf...

 

Well that is some good news. Will stop by tomorrow afternoon for a growler fill. Thanks guys.

I called them last Monday and they told me they were sold out so take that for what it's worth...

 

Anyone familiar with the staff at RAM knows they are not capable of answering these questions with any sort of reliability.

Proud to announce the release of Fizzy Bubbly - a 6.3% NE inspired Pale Ale tomorrow at 11 am at our RAM - Schaumburg location. Brewing nerds: can you figure if this was brewed prior to or post Shaun's departure?

 

Shaun left on 2/24...so its possible but this was most likely brewed after he left.

 

This is a big release for them. RAM really needs a strong beer here to show that they're still in the game after Shaun's departure.

 

Honestly, I wouldn't mind if this was just good. It would temper the hype a bit. I'm sure they still have the recipes for Juicy and all the side note beers. They should start back at #1 and re release them all.

 

I mean Justin brewed alongside Shaun right?
No reason why this shouldn't be at least good?

 

That's certainly what Ram corporate is hoping, after letting the master walk. With that said, an imitation is rarely up to the quality of an original.
