Travel day, so starting out light - a "table saison" by Seventh Sun Brewing, Dunedin, FL:



Lite funk in the nose. This Anniversary Ale was made with Chardonnay grapes, and there is a wine spritzer vibe going on. Some dryness from the oak. Crisp and clean and very easy drinking. Cheers!

 

Just want to give a shout out with making it's own thread but two breweries in Hammanton NJ (Three 3s and Tom Foolery) are invited to AC Beerfest. Our town has a population of only 15,000 but we have two breweries so Hammonton cares about and respects beer!

Last full workday to bang out some conference work and book drafting. 2 days away from Chicago and all that it has to offer (can't wait - can you tell?) including my usual hajj to Half Acre.

I came home from a really good morning run and let the dogs out to do their biz when the older one decided she wanted to go for a walk. She's a great curb walker and just started down the road ignoring me. So off we went, no coat, yard shoes and still wet from my run. I guess she's tired of being cooped up with all the cool wet weather? A lot of calories burned today, time to put some back in! This bottle turned six months two days ago and is in a real nice place. Cheers gang while I warm up!
