I haven't had a Monkish haze ipa in 3 months. Not even a growler fill. I can say I am 95% back to what I love best. And that is the west. Although there's been a few cans from OH and Trillium in the past 1-2 months. The rest of the cans and bottles in my fridge are all from the west. Pretty much all those haze, with the exception of the east coast brewery's are tasting the same. Seem like they just tweak it a bit here and there and change the name on the cans. Might as well call it the same haze craze. Damn those JO cans and Breaking Bud cans are tasting insane these days. Booming Rollers? Yes.

 

Wait... you CAN actually type out Monkish and calling them Monks is by choice and not some strange writing/reading condition?

 

Yes on rare occasions I can call those guys Monk(ish). But I prefer Monks. Or maybe MonkHeads?

Sorry for the uniformed post, but will be in town early on Saturday just for the day. how early do they usually announce can releases? Thanks.

 

They announce the day of. If its on Saturday, around 9am.

That's my guess... but two Thursday releases in a row?

 

its either that or the HPB hazy can release is going to be in direct competition on Friday or they do another Saturday after a long break from doing weekend releases as well as screwing up those fella's plans above.
