Kane Brewing (March 2017)

There is no way to make everyone happy unless they go big time like Cigar City did with Hunahpu. Have a big festival and bottles are included. Hunahpu day didn't even sell out this year. But, that is a HUGE undertaking and Kane isn't there yet

 

Hard to say, probably about 6 times a year? More in the summer, we always stop to get growlers/cans when we're on our way down the shore to LBI or AC. My husband grew up in Central Jersey so we're there to see friends and family a lot, try to make trips down whenever we can.

Um, because your argument was ridiculous so I followed it up with an equally as ridiculous accusation. Thought that was obvious but apparently not.

 

i'm not sure how any one can bitch - this was the absolute fairest way to do it given the circumstances of the beer/brewery popularity.

how can i/any "local" complain when in the past 3 months the following has been released:

4 New IPA Cans (cove at raglan, waimea punch, party wave, third reef)
Port Omna Cans (including 3 fucking variants)
Ripple Cans
2 NEW bottles (Christian Patrick, Evening Bell)

And then we have overhead, headhigh, sneakbox, and solitude pretty much on the regular.

 

hey I was lucky enough to get ANTEAD last year...this year not so lucky but it's all good as there's plenty of good beer to drink out there.

I will continue to complain until they can PW again. I personally have bought 10 new lightbulbs for Kane myself

 

Changing the subject a tad, anyone think they will can (and I assume rename) Hop Lab Wheat at some point?

 

I found an extra Evening Bell in my fridge yesterday. I think that's how most people felt when they got emails. Right? Right!?

 

I cracked a bottle of Mexican Brunch last night when I thought I was shut out. Than had a Cove. Tonight there will be victory beers! Fridge is full of Kane IPAs so need to clear that down anyways...

 

Maybe they should designate a bar stool for you at the brewery. I have bought a ton of their beers over the years. I missed out on everything except this one. No brunch, bell or any of the others. Cry me a river

Have you bought a ton of Kane beers? Or have you missed out on every single can/bottle release they've had except 2017 ANTEAD?

 

There are no stools at the brewery. Further proof you have never even been there!

 

I buy their beer at bars and restaurants that serve quality beer. I'm not owed anything because I support them. Full disclosure, I did win the ANTEAD lottery yesterday

 

There were last time I was there, probably a year or so ago. Mostly those barrel tables and picnic type tables. Maybe things have changed

 

Sadly still keep rechecking spam folder thinking I must have just missed my winning email, another year without, bummed

But seriously, I don't ever remember stools at Kane. Even before they took the wall down in the big room. Just picnic tables and barrels to stand around. But I also didn't start going to Kane until 2013.

Seemed like the dude was joking around, considering he was talking about wanting more Party Wave, not bitching about ANTEAD. At least, that's how I read it. I think some here need to chill out a bit overall.

 

Maybe in the distant past. Certainly not as recently as a year ago. But anythings possible I guess. I breeze though that room like it doesn't exist. Usually too crowded for my taste.

 

How is it possible that you took this seriously?

I have literally, in this month's thread, said that I don't even really care for BA stouts.
