I don't understand why people wait in lines overnight for releases. Why not just come early the next morning. Sure you get beer first, but if you're able to grab them the following morning, why put yourself through that? I just don't get it.

 

Its not about beer anymore, its all about dat teku colored glass life now. Hence the April fools joke changing their name to Monkish Glassware Company LLC, although I dont think it should be a joke and possibility consider this part of their expansion. Maybe Ill find their glassware in Target one day to replace all my plastic cups and paper plate dinnerware.

 

I thought it was a strawberry blonde. Limit 1 4pk pp, per day. Releasing at 4:30pm.

Damn, want but knowing how these idiots been lining up since last night, it's probably too late now

 

Limits are low you can probably still make it

 

Whether you come at 11 or start lining up overnight, you're still getting the same amount. Over 400 allotments so plenty to go around.

 

I honestly don't understand it either. Unless someone is actually so destitute that they are literally making a living reselling these cans, like people often joke about on here. You honestly couldn't pay me money to stay in a parking lot all night. But maybe I would do it if I didn't know where my next meal was coming from and reselling Monkish cans was somehow the only form of employment I could get.

I think for a lot of people it's become more about the scene and the collect-them-all pog aspect of it. I can appreciate that people are enthusiastic about beer but this is ridiculous

 

Honestly, if you go around now, which is an hour and a half before release, you should be fine in getting it. There isn't any reason to wait overnight unless you simply want to mask the fact that you got nothing better going on for yourself on a Friday night and waiting in a parking lot with a lawn chair and a paper thin excuse to drink in public "rare" beers with others sounds like your jam.

 

Arrived at 9:30am. HUGE line already, walked past the neckbeards already drunk in the front of the line. Should be good for full allotment at this point.

 

For the most part these people don't care about beer. They're alcoholics and materialists who only care for high ABV & hard to acquire styles. They've found kinship in other idiots who think adults should be drinking BA stouts in parking lots at 2AM.

you can literally walk in right now and get two four packs of their collab beer right now. no line and about 28-30 allocations left

some were... you could tell by how glazed over their eyes were as they were purchasing the beers lol
