Their newsletter that came out today said Schmedium was so popular that they will undoubtely do more collaborations with Slim pickens.

 

On sale today in the draft room at 5pm

Juice (8%) DIPA w/ Columbus, Amarillo and Mosaic,

Blondes Make Me Hoppy w/ Nelson Sauvin (4.9%) hopped exclusively and excessively with Nelson Sauvin.

Finally we have another run of Fresh (6.2%) our flagship IPA available.

1 case pp of Juice, $18 per 4pk. 1 case pp of BMMH w/ Nelson Sauvin, $15 per 4pk. 1 case pp of Fresh, $16 per 4pk.

 

Cans are coming fast and furious now.

 

Wish they canned Pulp or Extra Pulp as often as they do fresh. No complaints though.

Also seems like first time Juice has been around in a while. Never had it.

 

As of Sunday, they still had 42 cases of Fresh left. I wonder if those sold out or will be sold with the new batch. Also hoping Gator Farm lasts til the weekend if I go up for Juice.

Also hope Juice makes it to the weekend lol. Wish they announced how many cases they were dropping

 

I miss spring training and being able to go to Civil at lunch time.

 

Any idea if they will have a can release on the 15th. i will be in the area and would LOOOOVE to grab some cans instead of just a few crowlers.

 

FWIW - this is response I got when I inquired whether they sold out of last batch of Fresh

"Hey we will have some cases of a batch that was filled on 3/28 and now some filled from 4/5. We will be gone for a week at CBC and needed to get beer in cans wanted it as fresh as possible. If you want the newer batch just asked your bartender."

 

decent chance there could be release then or right around then going by their recent frequency

Not sure others' opinions on this, but the most recent stuff I've gotten has actually been best with about 3 weeks on it, which is really impressive, since a while back things were turning real bad after a couple weeks. Seems like they really have the canning down at this point.

 

What is CBC and when it i? Maybe I will wait a week to head down

 

Craft brewers conference in DC. Looks like it begins this Friday and runs all week next week.

Also: Juice looks amazing on Untappd. Much hazier than past pictures. Blonde Nelson also looks hazy AF. Anyone stop by last night and care to chime in?

 

Agree Juice looks great. I had it last year when it was a relatively clear beer and it was just ok. Hopefully some will be left on Saturday when I can make it down. Is that when you are going Jerry?

 

That's great to hear. I haven't been letting their stuff sit very long at all before I drink it. I got burned by their first can release when Pulp and Fresh barely lasted a week. Maybe I'll let a few cans sit 4-6 weeks and try them out.

 

I'm taking a "late" lunch today and heading up at open today. Have too many errands and such going on this weekend so wanted to grab beforehand.

Plan on doing a taster of Juice, blonde, and wolfnado, grab my cans and bounce. I'm a huge fan of MIA megamix so intrigued by their collab, wolfnado. Description makes it seem like a brett wheat pale

 

would love to hear a report back on these beers!

 

Keep in mind I only had tasters but Juice was very good. On par with their best. Hoppy blonde was just ok imho, but maybe I just don't like the style. No more wolfnado. Grabbed another pack of Gator farm bc really enjoyed that.

They also are doing crowlers of Pulp and Schmedium!!!!!!!!
