There was a line to get in... apparently it was Omnipollo's 6th and Omnipollo's Hatt's 2nd anniversary party.

Pretty sweet tap list... included RareR Scooop, Fionn, some Other Half, a Milkshake variant too.

Isn't that what people want, though? The greatest hits?

I keep seeing the TH/Bissell > Monkish argument because they re-make the same beers instead of "always trying to find a hype new name".

Wonder if people have forgotten that Monkish has only been making them for about a year and have only had the canning line since September. It's going to take some time before they've identified their most popular recipes and I think we're beginning to see it.

 

Just make one called "Same Hops More Hype". Guaranteed instant sellout!

 

They should actually make it a policy then. Last release they started at 3pp.

In general with the Monkish craziness I'm happy to see price creeping up and limits dropping to help tame the beast a bit.

 

Only $200 off a $40 investment instead of $300 on $60... massive cut on those profitzzzz.

 

The owner of the H3 should get his shit towed for taking two parking spots.

 

I think it may also be that the market saturation is nuts. second can release this week, Mumford doing their thing and Noble tomorrow. HPB just last friday. Haze bros can't keep up.

was sooo close to pulling into the parking lot, i went to my bank at 4:40 which is Unify (the next light over), but i have other finances to take care of. I had to retrain myself from picking up.

 

2 four packs per person is definitely the way to go, it lasts longer, and more people get it...

I'll be coming down from the Bay the 20th-23rd for some golf. How far in advance do they announce releases? On the website it just says no can release this week. I'll be sans wife so have no issue waiting in line :-)
