Tired Hands (April 2017)

Got to try the two Hazey Jane beers.

I know it's the trend but the milk sugar in beers makes the finish kinda weird.

Yeah, I noticed the lactose in Hazy Jane II, especially (HJI was more enjoyable), gave off an overly-sweet flavor and a strange finish. I like that TH releases these beers periodically when it's new or interesting flavors a la Milkshakes; but, personally I prefer others like Oblivex, Alien Church, IJBD, and other more straightforward non-lactose options, especially if I want more than one beer at a time or more than a 4pack in my fridge.

 

Any reports of chairs being taken away by the township today?

 

Someone in Tired Hands instagram posts keeps saying they are and others are replying that is lies and chairs aren't being removed.

 

This is the weirdest soap opera ever. Would be nice to know officially what is happening over there with parking, chairs etc....

 

it sounds like chairs haven't been taken away but Tired Hands employees are telling people that the township will take them away...basically what happened last week.

 

And the parking thing is definitely true, at least it was last week. Not sure if it was one of those things where they'll just enforce it randomly to scare people away from doing it.

 

I left Tired Hands at 2:30 and all of the chairs were still in place at that time.

Tired Hands isn't getting in the middle of it, convenient. Their stance is basically do what you want at your own risk. Parking cops were out in force. I took the chance on the ticker hoping it it's not possible to police it that tightly. May influence me coming To future releases or in the least how I do it. I may not be buying lunch going forward.

For what it's worth I haven't seen a chair taken and I'll report back on a ticket.

 

Ticketing cars is actual revenue they can collect. Collecting chairs is just work, you can't ticket an empty chair.

What I suspect is they will not collect chairs. They will eventually just fine TH directly for creating a nuisance.

 

For the parking thing just don't get there before 4 and you're good to go.

Yeah they had so many ticket fairys out. Like the other guy said just get there at 4. It's two hour parking and the parkings free after 6.

 

Cursing at the cop you want sympathy from usually doesn't work.

 

Don't think meter maids are actually cops but yeah this probably didn't do him any good.

 

How much were the parking tickets?

 

Full allotment of tickets was 20 bucks, so I heard.
