Melvin Coming to CO

For some reason I didn't notice it in the first 4 cans I opened... I am so excited for #6 and will certainly be looking for more from that batch

 

3 month old * kicks arse! Just a FYI.

 

So does early February citradamus.

 

Just drank my last one last night and I think it was better than ever... I recall it being a bit hawt to start, but it seemed like the flavors melded together better with a bit of time as well as that boozy heat getting more subdued.

 

We love fresh beer but we also take painstaking efforts to make sure our beers hold up after they're packaged. Mad props go to McGirt, PhD Dre, Chi Chi and the whole production and packaging team!

So many people love ipa the day it hits cans. Six weeks is my sweet spot. No oxidation, but no raw hop flavor either.

I think people go way too far with their IPA freshness expectations
