Yowsa BA's. I had to laugh because I found a youtube channel that plays all my old cooking shows. The French Chef being my personal favorite. SO there's Julia Child talking about making croissant and how lovely they are to have first thing in the morning. Total time over 24 hours. Today I am going to get started to make for the first time ever in my new pan - The classic French Baguette. Should take me about 20 hours from start to finish.

I thought I would have something different today. Cheers!

Good morning, all! After working this weekend, I've been looking forward to this TG Fire, Skulls, and Money. The stores here got a very limited supply of this new release, and I was finally able to snag one before they were gone. Light malt backbone provides the perfect vehicle for the Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson hops. Big tropical fruit, with earthy and floral notes. Dank and bitter, with plenty of sweetness that doesn't overpower. Not a whale, but well worth driving across town for.

I drew a robot once.

 

Walked for a half hour on the treadmill to loosen up some day after racing stiff legs. It's time for a morning beer that @beertunes sent last summer that's been hanging around the fridge for no particular reason. Time didn't seem to hurt as it tastes like an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. I'm going to enjoy this as I tackle some weekend neglect, aka yard work. Have a great day.
