    Lame question. What's your DLD breakfast of choice?

    Last year I did Cajun sweet potato hash with an andouille crab gravy and fries eggs. Nice balance of starch, veg, protein and gravy to set a solid drinking base.

    That sounds good, but maybe too heavy for my taste. I'm thinking of something basic like a bagel with butter. A good carb base to absorb the booze and pretty neutral so I won't regret it later.

    Catch breakfast in Chicago, get a shit load of eggs and natural fats. My body is a beer temple, I eat and train to maximize my beer drinking potential. DLD is my Olympics....

    My wife and I will be doing the free Hampton Inn breakfast which is usually pretty good. Scrambled eggs, some type of meat, waffles for absorption purposes, pastries, fruit and cereal.
