is there a reason for all of the demons, pentagrams and denomicness behind some of the art?

not sure if this has been talked about, but i assume it is just his personal preference?

Same. 4:40 in line, out a little after 5:30. Apparently Refreshing repels the milkshake hordes!

Criticisim is fine but it's like that bill Cosby song little ole man where the old guy keeps getting run over by elephants and a train everyday sitting in the same spot. You complain about it but keep drinking the beer.

I haven't had a drop of Tired Hands since August 2016. And I've actually refused their beer when offered.

    I just gotta ask:

Was this free beer or was it a resale?

    Cheers!

One was a bottle share and at Real Ale I didn't have their offering.

Rolled in at 7, zero line. HopHands was amazingly sold out (low amounts but still). But they had tons of Refreshing. I got some and cracked one at home and it's delicious! Love these sleeper hits. Basically if its new, not a collab, and not a milkshake, it's such an easy release.

Wondering if the "general store" will take a little of the pressure out of the general TH release madness...I'm hoping the answer is yes. I'd love for them to get to the point of, say, Trillium or Carton where you can just walk in and buy beer all week long.

Last few Releases I have gotten there around 4:40, go into the bar, get a seat no problem, as most are in line, have a few beers, get up and walk over to buy cans, no line, no wait. Refreshing is Really Good IMO, and I always load up on Hop Hands when Canned, at $14 a 4-pack of pints, I think it is the best beer canned at that price point and always have it stocked in my fridge.

I don't know what beers are readily available at the Carton brewery but I've noticed them staying in the cooler longer at places I frequent. (beers like BOAT and HopPun to name a few) I think this has to do with the contract brewing at Two Roads.

I sincerely don't mean for this to sound hostile, but -and this should be an obvious question- what are you doing here, then?...

Wouldn't couldn't on it... at least in the beginning. Didn't they say all they will have is a lager and maybe hop hands?

Maybe he cares about Tired Hands' negative (from a beer consumers perspective) affect on the PA beer scene. I would argue that they've "normalized" inflated prices, line-waiting, inconsistency, scarcity marketing, and poor public communication.

It seems some other local breweries (to varying degrees) are following their lead. So that may affect someone that never even drinks any Tired Hands beer.

This is the most interesting thread that I at least have some knowledge about in the Mid-Atlantic forum. But if differing opinions/view-points aren't welcome I'll leave.

    Cheers!

differing opinions on beer you havent had and wont have? sounds weird and a waste of time.

I comment more on their business than their beers.

If you haven't had their beer in 8 months, have you frequented their places to eat?
You want to speak to their business, but if you haven't been around it, sometimes that it difficult. As was discussed in the last thread, it appears that things are changing. Not a surprise with a new brewery that is finding its way. So your experiences in the past may be just that, in the past.

I have a small brewery about 2 miles from my house. They made terrible beer. Then they hired a guy that knew what he was doing, and it got substantially better. Then they let him go/he left to go to a place that supports their brewers. Now their beer is worse than it was when it started. All of this in the course of 3 years. Many people could have many different experiences within that time frame.
