    Happy Sunday afternoon! Just got my new lawn mower set up and did some yard work. Tomatoes, herbs, and some flowers planted.

    I've earned a beer. Been looking forward to this one, Marz Double Splash.

    Opaque muddy yellow-orange in color. Ample off white head with excellent retention and lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit, mostly mango, guava, and pineapple. Those flavors really pop on the taste too, with a subtle hint of banana and citrus. Medium-light body, moderate carbonation, and a soft, balanced finish. Low bitterness. Really an excellent offering from Marz.

    The in-laws are still in town until tomorrow, so going to relax with them this afternoon and then hit L'Patron for tacos this evening. Should be a great day.

    Good point. I used a lot of @jzeilinger 's "Hit and run" tactic. It was a chaotic night, so I didn't have much of an opportunity to talk shit with you on Patrick and Mark... or on myself. I guess @SomethingClever probably filled in though. He likes to be an ass on Satur...everyday. All well, there's always today!

    I'm here to see Cro Mags tonight. Pretty cool neighborhood. Whiskey bar and craft bar next door to each other. Pretty gentrified but I dig this place.
